Switched dataset to use RohanRao (1950-2024) and update ingest_data.py
New dataset used: https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/rohanrao/formula-1-world-championship-1950-2020 Needed due to previous dataset had only 7.6k race results and current one around 26k.8089ee9
