feat: switch primary provider to Ollama Cloud DeepSeek V4 Flash
- Remove OpenCode Go provider (reasoning-only mode, unusable for long prompts) - Add Ollama Cloud provider (deepseek-v4-flash:cloud) as primary - Add .geocode_cache.json to .gitignore - Keep trimmed prompt (reduced from ~350 to ~180 tokens) - Keep OpenRouter DeepSeek + Gemma + Gemini as fallback chainc6a5755 -
