Extract market, commodity, and farmer data to JSON files so the project
can be forked for any region. Add PriceSource protocol in
src/ingestion/base.py, frontend regionConfig.ts, and REBUILD.md with
step-by-step adaptation guide and Claude Code prompt.
Follows the same pattern as Weather AI 2's region adaptation system.
