fix: restore tab touch-scroll while keeping content from shifting
Move overflow-x:hidden off #root (iOS Safari blocks touch-scroll on overflow:auto children of any overflow:hidden ancestor) and onto a sibling div that wraps only the content panels. Fix tab bar touch scroll on iOS: remove body overflow-x hidden, add webkit momentum
body { overflow-x: hidden } was swallowing horizontal touch events for ALL child elements on iOS Safari — a known quirk where the body becomes the scroll container and blocks independent child overflow-x scrolling. Removed it; page content is already constrained by maxWidth on all components. Added WebkitOverflowScrolling: "touch" to the nav bar for iOS momentum scroll.
