Persist sessions, per-user rate-limit, STT retry, config + tests
Backend: - Write through training sessions to Firestore so an active roleplay survives a backend restart; rehydrate on cache miss (best-effort, degrades to memory) - Rate-limit now keys by verified uid, else bearer-token hash, else IP, so signed-in FAs behind one NAT don't share a bucket - Add pytest suite (ratelimit, sessions, rag helpers, TTS cache) + config Frontend: - Escalation contact moves to NEXT_PUBLIC_* env (was hardcoded) - Server STT retries transient failures with backoff before erroring - VoiceStage: aria-labels + dark-mode-safe error banner - Add route error boundary (error.tsx) and themed 404 (not-found.tsx) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>aefc853
