feat(manifest)!: migrate captioning to Kneifftags
Replace the wide workbook and project vocabulary schema with a transactional fixed-block migration, route every caption consumer through the supported Kneifftags root API, and retire the local grammar engine. BREAKING CHANGE: MANIFEST.knf.xlsx now uses fixed 13-row blocks, MANIFEST.yaml uses schema 2, project vocabularies use the Kneifftags extension schema, and canonical caption names are tags and natural. Run knf dataset sync to migrate and archive legacy files.09df1fe -
