ruff (auto-fix):
- scripts/run_prithvi_ida.py: remove unused `import numpy as np` (F401)
- tests/integration/build_delta.py: f-strings with no placeholders → str (UP)
vulture: 0 genuine dead symbols (2 FastAPI path-param false positives, no touch)
radon CC grade D+: added # TODO(cleanup) markers on 9 non-protected functions;
app/mellea_validator.py:reconcile_strict_streaming (D/23) and
app/reconcile.py:build_documents (F/178) logged but untouched (protected).
app/fsm.py (MI=8.82) and app/reconcile.py (MI=14.42) flagged for human review.
svelte-check (8 errors fixed):
- RipMap.svelte: remove 2 stale @ts-expect-error directives
- +page.svelte: move mapFeatureCounts $derived block after its 6 $state deps
- Rebuild web/sveltekit/build/ (hash-renamed JS chunks from svelte-check fixes)
smoke test: 4/5 probe pass; 100 Gol… 16:48 deploy: sync all changes from main at 6904684 seriffic +1: Claude Sonnet 4.6 Squashed from 5438cc8..6904684. The slides/asce/deck.pptx is tracked
via git-lfs (added *.pptx to .gitattributes), so this commit carries
only the LFS pointer — no binary blob in history.
