Add Dockerfile, Gradio app, and core src modules
Introduce containerization and application entrypoints plus the initial project source tree. Adds a Dockerfile (uvicorn/FastAPI runtime), an app.py that launches a Gradio demo for Spaces, new requirements files, and many src packages (app, data_scripts, preprocess, features, serving, utils) to support data loading, preprocessing, feature building and inference. Also add CLI/scripts for running pipelines, saving models and testing, update .gitignore to ignore artifacts/data/models, change Python version to 3.11, remove the old main.py, and include notebook and pyproject updates.4ba360f

Add pipeline scripts, tests and deps
Add end-to-end pipeline and utilities: new scripts for preparing processed data (scripts/prepare_processed_data.py), running the full ML pipeline with MLflow and XGBoost (scripts/run_pipeline.py), and simple tests for FastAPI and pipeline phases (scripts/test_fastapi.py, scripts/test_pipeline_phase1_data_features.py, scripts/test_pipeline_phase2_modeling.py). Update pyproject.toml to add FastAPI, Gradio, protobuf, pydantic and a uv workspace member. Minor notebook cleanup (clear execution count and switch kernel display name) and refresh uv.lock to include updated dependency resolutions.07e37a4
