Replace the scripted kiosk demo with a real on-prem tool (FastAPI + SQLite +
local file storage, React + Vite + Tailwind):
- Progress tracking: a drawing is the tracked unit (auto-derived element
checklist + planned start/finish); dated captures score each element
built/in-progress/not-built/not-visible -> completion over time vs schedule.
- Quick Compare: standalone one-off drawing-vs-photo deviation findings.
- Gemini 2.5-pro for drawing reading + comparison (structured JSON), 2.5-flash
for follow-up Q&A. Honest by design: no fabricated measurements; not_visible
excluded from completion; human-editable finding/element statuses.
- Single-origin: FastAPI serves the built SPA. Multi-stage Dockerfile +
render.yaml blueprint (persistent disk) + DEPLOY.md for cloud deploy.
- Rebrand to the DevisionX logo/palette; English-only; remove the old
scenes/Netlify static path.

- Add netlify/functions/ask.mjs: free-text questions answered live by
Gemini, key held server-side in Netlify env (never in the browser/repo).
- api.js: free-text -> /.netlify/functions/ask, preset stays cached/offline.
- Default model gemini-2.0-flash is retired -> gemini-2.5-flash (verified
working: grounded EN+AR answers citing DWG A-101). Update backend too.

- api.js reads scenes from /public/scenes (no backend); cached-answer
lookup + grounded fallback run client-side, identical behaviour.
- Bundle scene-01 JSON + SVG assets into frontend/public/scenes.
- Add netlify.toml (base=frontend, build=vite, SPA redirect).
- FastAPI backend kept in repo for the full-stack / live-Gemini story.
