v2-ui: Gradio 6 three-panel UI on real core (stubs as fallback)
- ui/theme.py: APP_CSS ported verbatim from app/theme.py (applied at launch() per Gradio 6 deprecation of Blocks(css=...)) - ui/charts/{score,swell,wind,map,seafloor}.py: Plotly builders ported from app/surf_forecast.py, app/maps.py, app/seafloor.py; plus climate.py rose + audit chips (new, Worker B shapes) - ui/panels/book.py: map + one-way filters + details + climate rose + audit chips (no filter<->prefs mirroring, no cams, no custom breaks) - ui/panels/swell.py: score/swell/wind/seafloor tabs, p75 hero, streaming narrate button - ui/panels/agent.py: chat with tool cards, token/steps meter, charts-from-tool-payloads, session-only BYO token box - ui/_stubs.py: deterministic fakes (offline fallback only now that Worker A/B core is on the branch) - ui/_compat.py: real wavereader.* wins (breaks/openmeteo/scoring/ seafloor/climate), then app/*, then stubs; hosts the typed score_week/rank_region_week/explain_score implementations until Worker C tools/agent/narrate land …9fae83d
