Enable ZeroGPU with @spaces.GPU on swap_faces for GFPGAN acceleration
Face detection and swap use CPU onnxruntime; GFPGAN runs on PyTorch CUDA. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>f616bd0 -
Revert to cpu-basic, remove spaces dependency

Sync README hardware to zero-gpu
Reflects the hardware setting already applied via the Space UI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>42d43b4 -
Revert to cpu-basic — onnxruntime-gpu incompatible with ZeroGPU driver
onnxruntime-gpu nightly (CUDA 13) fails with cudaErrorInsufficientDriver on ZeroGPU (GPU=-1) and silently falls back to CPU anyway, wasting quota. Run everything on CPU with plain onnxruntime on cpu-basic hardware. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>4d3824b -
Switch to ZeroGPU with onnxruntime-gpu nightly (CUDA 13)
Re-enable @spaces.GPU on swap_faces, switch hardware to zero-gpu, and replace onnxruntime with the CUDA 13 nightly build so CUDAExecutionProvider is available for the inswapper and face analysis models. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>c404b6d -
Switch to cpu-basic hardware, remove spaces dependency
No GPU is used anymore — ONNX models run on CPU and @spaces.GPU was already removed. Drop the spaces import and requirement, and set hardware to cpu-basic in README to stop allocating ZeroGPU entirely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>0bcbe9b -

Initial implementation of Selectable Face Swap space
- Detect up to 8 faces automatically on target image upload (CPU) - Click face thumbnails to select which faces to swap - Dynamic source image upload boxes per selected face - Face swap via InsightFace inswapper_128 + GFPGAN enhancement (ZeroGPU) - Logging to private HF dataset via logging_utils (Parquet, async) - GDPR-compliant privacy notice for biometric data Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>c84d21d
