- Renamed project from sqlite-server-tester to sqlite-express-server
- Updated package.json to include express, axios, and dotenv dependencies
- Created server.js for Express.js server handling SQLite database interactions
- Implemented API endpoints for managing products and orders
- Enhanced SQLite server (sqlite_server.py) to handle multiple project databases
- Added project management endpoints (create, list, delete projects)
