feat: improved light mode + language sync to html lang attribute
- globals.css: richer CSS variable system (--fg-muted, --fg-subtle, --card-hover, --border-strong, --navbar-bg, --sidebar-bg, --ambient-*) with proper light mode values - DashboardLayout: removed hardcoded bg-[#050505]/text-white, uses CSS vars + theme-aware ambient blobs - Navbar: search input, divider, avatar all use CSS vars / isLight conditionals - Sidebar: fully rewritten with CSS var system, improved lang dropdown with animation - NotificationPanel: complete light mode overhaul, type-aware bg colors per mode - page.tsx (dashboard): all hardcoded zinc/white colors replaced with CSS vars, stat cards with light gradients, chart tick/grid colors adapt to theme - AppShell: useEffect syncs document.documentElement.lang to BCP-47 code on lang change - backend ai/chat + router + websocket: language param threaded through to AI backends7782325
