feat: migrate to FastAPI/React architecture and expand 7-day forecast metrics
- Replaced Streamlit with a decoupled FastAPI backend and React/Tailwind frontend. - Updated the predictive engine to fetch and merge Open-Meteo daily wind, cloud, and precipitation data. - Fixed an array indexing bug by explicitly requesting 8 days of forecast data. - Implemented an interactive UI with expandable daily forecast rows.c6e46f2
