feat(scripts): gpu_hold.py + gpu_hold.sh — reserve a DGX GPU between runs
Allocates ~30 GB on a chosen GPU and idles, so the slot stays ours while v2 training is queued. Uses the existing survivecity-train image so no extra torch install is needed on the host. ./scripts/gpu_hold.sh 3 # hold GPU 3 docker rm -f gpu-hold-3 # release5a1eea4
