The frontend lives in the Vite/React app (frontend/) — no need for the
HF Space to serve HTML. Restores the bare OpenEnv API surface:
GET /health, POST /reset, POST /step, GET /state.
- server/app.py: remove `/` HTMLResponse route, /static mount, and
os/HTMLResponse/StaticFiles imports.
- v1/server/static/index.html: deleted.

- v1/server/static/index.html: dark-themed game frontend with 10x10
grid renderer, agent status cards, live action log, and run/step
controls. Calls /reset and /step on the Space and uses HF Inference
API (chat completions) to pick each agent's action from a configurable
model (Qwen, Llama, Mistral, Phi-3, Zephyr).
- v1/server/app.py: serve index.html at GET / and mount /static for
future assets. /health, /reset, /step, /state unchanged.
