Refactor proxy layer into generic _proxy_tavily() handler and add
all missing Tavily endpoints: /crawl, /map, /research, /research/{id},
/usage. Each endpoint supports both /v1/... and /... paths with
appropriate timeouts. Update docs tab with comprehensive endpoint
reference covering all 6 Tavily APIs.
