Deterministic tile sizing, proper aspect ratios. compare_styles already accepted filepath strings via _coerce_to_pil, so the inference path needs no change. Fixed in later 5.x; pin gradio>=5.25.0. Also launch with show_api=False so the endpoint is not served at all for this visual-only demo.
