New frontend (home with live hierarchical knowledge graph, browse, sequence,
chain, statistics and docs pages) and explorer API backed by the
MuSProt-index.db sidecar; supports the new schema (tm_aln, coverage,
Pfam/ECOD, observed order/disorder labels).
