fix(space): route Gradio document operations through CPU sidecar Running
Use SpaceDocumentIO and a shared build_space_app entrypoint for production and lightweight preflight. Reject runtimes without the new interface and verify real Gradio conversion with parent-process PDFium guards. Validation: all 23 Space tests passed; combined MinerU/Space regression passed 578 tests with 3 skips on Python 3.12 and Gradio 6.28.0. Ruff and diff checks passed.58365bf
