feat: hugging face space scaffolding (metadata, LFS, deploy script)

Browse files

The repo becomes the Space repo itself: README carries the static-SDK
Space metadata with hf_oauth enabled (write-repos + manage-repos scopes
for the per-user duck storage), binaries move to LFS, and
scripts/deploy-space.sh builds the site into the repo root that the
static Space serves.
