Match the demo's segmentation parameters to the batch pipeline

Separate GitHub README from Hugging Face Space config

Move it to app/space_header.md and prepend it at deploy time via scripts/deploy_space.sh, which force-pushes a throwaway branch to the Space without touching the local branch. Also set the README title to the current manuscript title, declare app_port 7860 for the Docker Space, keep short_description within the Space's 60-character limit, and ignore local manuscript drafts.5181d0e
