fix: drop conflicting version pins, let crewai drive dep resolution

feat: server-side payment enforcement with on-chain tx verification
Backend: - /verify-payment: calls Base RPC to confirm tx (correct recipient, correct amount, status 0x1), then issues HMAC-SHA256 signed token - /convert: requires valid payment token OR IP within 3/month free limit - In-memory IP rate limiter (per-month counter, thread-safe) - In-memory used-tx-hash set prevents token replay attacks - Payment disabled gracefully if PAYMENT_SECRET not set (dev mode) Frontend: - wallet.ts: verifyPayment() calls /verify-payment and returns token - App.tsx: handlePayAndConvert now verifies on-chain before converting - api.ts: convertScreenshot forwards X-Payment-Token header when provided Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>6fb98b0
