Add CSV export script with data validation and auto-update workflow
- src/results_to_csv.py: converts result JSONs to CSV, validates for missing fields
- results.csv: generated CSV with all 22 current results
- .github/workflows/update-csv.yml: auto-regenerates CSV when results/*.json changes on main
- Makefile: added `make csv` target
