Update scene resolution defaults and cap uploaded image sizes
Verified signatureStreet/Rig/Aerial default to 504; Object/Indoor/Pan-Recon default to 896. Keep 504/756/896/1022 presets and allow custom dimensions. Uploads, camera photos and video frames default to at most 896 per axis, capped to the smallest source dimensions and rounded down to multiples of 14. Voxel defaults to 0.0018 with range 0.0015–0.0020, step 0.0001. Preserve Street/Rig sky defaults and CPU sky preparation. 33 tests and browser checks pass. Decoder chunks stay 8.c9170a7
