Make chatbot replies conversational and hide sources in prod
- System prompt: answer identity/small-talk questions like a person instead of reciting the role/capability bullet list; slightly raise RAG generation temperature (0.2 -> 0.4) for less robotic phrasing. - Frontend: hide the source-citations panel when NODE_ENV=production, keeping it visible in local/dev for POC review. Add speech-to-text endpoint for the landing page's voice chat panel
New POST /api/voice/transcribe forwards recorded audio to Groq's whisper-large-v3-turbo and returns the transcript plus detected language (en/fr). Reuses the existing chat rate-limiting pattern; the LLM/RAG step needs no changes since detect_language() already handles bilingual replies for any text input, spoken or typed.
