Make chatbot replies conversational and hide sources in prod Running
- System prompt: answer identity/small-talk questions like a person instead of reciting the role/capability bullet list; slightly raise RAG generation temperature (0.2 -> 0.4) for less robotic phrasing. - Frontend: hide the source-citations panel when NODE_ENV=production, keeping it visible in local/dev for POC review.
