Add Indian tala and time signature detection alongside Western BPM
- Detect rhythm patterns for both Western meters (4/4, 3/4, 6/8) and Indian talas (Misra Chapu 7/8, Khanda Chapu 5/4, Adi Tala, etc.) - Use tala detector's pulse BPM as fallback when standard BPM fails (fixes "Unknown" tempo on odd-meter tracks) - Show tala name and time signature in Track DNA on download page63f26c4 -
