Disable Gradio SSR so GET /health returns JSON

Attach /chat routes when Gradio builds the FastAPI app

Use Gradio demo.app routes only (no second server bind)

Run via uvicorn FastAPI+Gradio so /chat stays up for Flutter.

Replace chatbot template with DeepSeek Confidence Buddy API.
