Restore legacy YouTube playback behavior and keep mini playback in one stream
Arnav SinghRestore the original YouTube mobile playback mode and direct playVideo pause recovery. Leave playing media untouched on page hide and let embedded providers own their media sessions. Keep media-session controls for native files. Replace the popup mini player with a view of the existing player, restore supported landscape fullscreen rotation, reduce landscape controls height, refresh duration after source changes, and expose resume controls when playback is interrupted. Production build and targeted provider, lifecycle, timing, reconnect, queue and room regressions pass. Android background continuity still requires device verification. Hugging Face hosting configuration and dependencies are unchanged.5b83a3d

Fix playback recovery and sync timing; refine responsive player and lobby
Arnav SinghPreserve media through visibility changes, expose media-session controls, and retain solo rooms briefly after transport interruptions. Anchor shared time to host playback without seeking during loading or background use; reject stale recovery snapshots. Separate transport controls from the video, enlarge touch targets, keep duration and titles readable, improve audio layout, add scrolling playback controls and activity shortcuts, and match the lobby to the shared dark/light theme. Redesign responsive stream player and fix room playback regressions
Arnav SinghAdd a charcoal-and-lime player, responsive room layout, saved light/dark theme, audio artwork, accessible playback controls, and queue/discovery/chat panels. Fix socket cleanup and initial loading, queue reordering and advancement, multi-listener end events, lost chat history, invalid link submission, and source recovery. Preserve the Hugging Face Docker configuration, runtime settings, workflows, dependencies, and lockfiles. Validation: production build and TypeScript checks passed; 80 queue reorder combinations and two-client playback, queue, chat, and ownership regression checks passed.
