Rebuild backend from scratch, replace static cards with interactive popups
Rewrote app.py, config.py, and rag_pipeline.py for clarity and correctness: full anti-hallucination system prompts (EN+AR), 11 LLM models, PORTAL_TOOLS definitions, and clean hybrid RAG pipeline with graceful degradation. Replaced the 4 static suggestion cards with interactive popup modals: - Office Hours: searchable list of 44 professors - Exams: Mid/Final step then 94 courses with search and back navigation - Faculty Emails: department tabs (CS/CIS/BIT/AI) with searchable faculty - Scholarships: Jaseem, Moallemeen, Al-Jaish choice cards All popups are bilingual (EN/AR), keyboard-dismissible, scroll-contained.
