fix: resolve read-only filesystem error for FastSAM model download
RiceZero +1: Claude- Set YOLO_CONFIG_DIR and TORCH_HOME to writable /tmp directories - Change working directory to /tmp in download script before model download - Set environment variables at Flask app startup - Update deployment documentation with troubleshooting info This fixes the "Read-only file system" error that was causing deployment startup timeouts and model download failures.
