+v12.5 was formally closed after recording verification evidence for the final review summary.
+
+The final review summary was already implemented in the previous WP2 UI integration work. This closeout only updated documentation/status files and added this handover. It did not change review logic, export logic, recognizers, Streamlit UI behavior, or export semantics.

+
+- The v12.5 summary is advisory only by design. It does not block risky exports.
