docs: track spec + mockups + model research
Unverified signatureThe docs/ and research/ directories existed on disk from before git init (they hold the brainstorming + research output) but were never explicitly added by the early A-series commits. Tracking them now so the spec, UI mockups, and base-model research are part of the repo history alongside the implementation plan.
