feat(ui): extend the gold accent to keep/commit/buy actions

Apply it to the final marketing CTA, "Save to shortlist" (and its saved state), the Hunt Pass upsell, and credit top-up packs. The gold value, the logo/SignalMark and brand assets are unchanged.
