fix: force CPU device so ZeroGPU cannot strand the encoder
Kattinesentence-transformers picks its device from torch.cuda.is_available(), which the ZeroGPU runtime patches to True. The model landed on a device that is only materialised inside a @spaces.GPU call, so encode() returned zero vectors. FAISS then ranked by index order instead of similarity — and since the corpus is ordered by field, every result came back computer_science.098a435 -
