This PR adds the `pipeline_tag: image-to-text` and `library_name: transformers` metadata to the model card. These additions improve model discoverability on the Hub (e.g. via the pipeline filter) and enable the automated "Use in Transformers" code snippet. The `library_name` is justified by the model's `Qwen3VLForConditionalGeneration` architecture and the documented local Transformers inference workflow in the repository. No other changes are made to the existing content.
