This PR adds the `pipeline_tag` and `library_name` to the model card metadata. The `pipeline_tag` is set to `image-to-video` as the model performs image manipulation based on audio input. `library_name` is set to `pytorch` based on the project's dependencies. This improves discoverability of the model on the Hugging Face Hub.
