Routed Open Weights 10.8.0: router + matting / BiRefNet, no refiner
Replaces the v10.0.0 single-graph export with the routed bundle (sidecar schema 3, pipeline `routed`): shared ConvNeXt backbone/router, dav2s matting graph, BiRefNet. No refiner. License metadata -> `other` with LICENSE + THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md (adds BiRefNet MIT). Removes stale withoutbg-onnx.md.
