This PR improves the model card for Wall-OSS-0.5 by:
- Adding the `robotics` pipeline tag for better discoverability.
- Adding `lerobot` as the library name, as the documentation shows integration with the LeRobot framework.
- Including the `apache-2.0` license.
- Adding links to the technical report, project page, and GitHub repository.
- Providing sample usage and installation instructions based on the official repository.
