RegressionPolicy-GR00T

These checkpoints are distributed under the upstream NVIDIA License, which limits use to non-commercial research or evaluation (Section 3.3). This restriction comes from NVIDIA's license for the GR00T base model; it is not an additional restriction imposed by the RegressionPolicy authors. These checkpoints are not released under Apache-2.0.

The upstream model card refers to the NVIDIA Open Model License and commercial use, while its accompanying LICENSE contains the non-commercial restriction. Pending clarification from NVIDIA, this release retains the accompanying LICENSE and its restrictions. See NOTICE and the Cosmos component license.
