GitHub To Hugging Face Linking

Purpose

This standard keeps 218-network GitHub companion repositories and 218-network Hugging Face surfaces aligned.

Direction	Requirement
GitHub to Hugging Face	Link only reviewed public HF surfaces and preserve status labels.
Hugging Face to GitHub	Link back to institutional 218-network companion repositories where public companions exist.
Planned artifacts	Use planned / not released; do not link as public releases.
K-ussade boundary	K-ussade may be referenced only as Alexandra Caussade's separate technical surface.

Every future model, dataset, or Space release requires a GitHub companion, release-readiness record, safety/limitations language, and human approval.
