Contributing
Use a topic branch and describe scope, data format changes, and validation. Run python -m compileall -q code ui scripts vendor and python -m unittest discover -s tests -v. Do not commit credentials, raw captures, model files, private paths or evaluation-derived sample selection. Preserve source licenses and attribution. GPU changes require before/after output and numerical checks; CPU tests alone do not establish training or inference correctness.
