RuntimeError: HyperFlow INT8 needs the official ComfyUI-HyperFlow-Flash custom node pack next to this one
The issue is resolved; it turns out that the nodes from the ComfyUI-HyperFlow-Flash repository also need to be included for everything to work correctly. I hope this helps others!
(1) custom_nodes/comfyui_hyperflow_int8_nodes
(2) custom_nodes/ComfyUI-HyperFlow-Flash
I have tested the model, and it currently does not support Lora loading.
Glad to hear you got it working with the ComfyUI-HyperFlow-Flash nodes!
