I am the original copyright holder and creator of The Quettamind, that this repository was copied from.
This repository was forked from my original work. The underlying files and model were copied from my repository, and Coding With Bashir seems to have only changed the README rather than independently creating or making any modifications the underlying work and model.
In the modified README, the Coding With Bashir states that the model was “Created by codingwithbashir,” even though the underlying model originated from my work. Their repository history also identifies the repository as a complete duplicate of my original repository.
The copied repository still contains my original copyright notice in the MIT license, which further documents the origin of the work. My concern is specifically that Coding With Bashir is presenting themselves as the creator of the underlying model/work despite having copied it from my repository.
I am requesting that Hugging Face review the repository for false/misleading authorship attribution and any resulting copyright or platform-policy violations, and require correction of the attribution or take any other appropriate action.
I can provide the original repository, commit history, timestamps, repository diff, and screenshots demonstrating that my version predates this copy and that the substantive underlying work was copied from mine.
