NatureV2-500

Base weights for the next CorxLabs model: the NatureV1-500 stage-1 checkpoint (checkpoints/stage1/latest.pt) with its config.json, normalizer.json, training_record.json and the storm banks, copied from CorxLabs/NatureV1-500. NatureV2 is a new architecture built on this backbone: the satellite encoder enabled and new storm features added. The code is the naturev1 package on PyPI (pip install "naturev1[swarm,hub]"); nothing else is kept here.
