Add metadata and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
This PR adds structured metadata to your model card, including the appropriate pipeline tag, library name, and license. I've also linked the model to its base model, training dataset, and the corresponding ArXiv paper. These additions help users find your model more easily and understand its context within the Hugging Face ecosystem.
