Add metadata and paper/code links

This PR adds pipeline_tag: image-to-3d and license: other to the model card metadata. It also links the Hugging Face paper page and the official GitHub repository, and clarifies the custom Project Registration License. library_name is not added because the model is not associated with a standard library.
