is it possible for a nvfp4 version as well?
it could be very good if a nvfp4 version also available.
Absolutely! I’ve been testing an NVFP4 version. It’s smaller and faster, but there’s some loss in accuracy compared with Q8. I’m testing a GGUF version too and checking the tradeoffs before deciding on a release. What GPU and runtime are you using?

im using gemma4 12b nvfp4 with 5060ti 16gb and llama.cpp currently, so if this support nvfp4, it could be a good switch for me, im also using comfyui with it, so i dont want all 16gb ram for gemma4 only
It’s up! The NVFP4 GGUF is now in this repo, along with the updated inference server and setup instructions.
In my matched test on a 16GB 5070 Ti, peak VRAM dropped from about 13.2 GiB with Q8 to 9.0 GiB with NVFP4. There are some quality tradeoffs, which I’ve included in the model card, but it should be a useful option for leaving more memory available.
I haven’t tested it on a 5060 Ti or alongside ComfyUI, so I’d be interested to hear how it works for your setup
