+1. SCOPE
+
+This License applies to the SwiftVR model weights and related model
+artifacts expressly distributed under this License, including
+safetensors files, model configurations, and modified versions of
+those model artifacts.
+
+This License does not apply to SwiftVR source code separately released
+under the Apache License 2.0.
+
+2. ACCEPTANCE
+
+By downloading, copying, modifying, or using the Model, you agree to
+the terms of this License.
+
+If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, copy,
+modify, or use the Model.
+
+3. PERMITTED USE
+
+Subject to this License, you may use and modify the Model for:
+
+a. non-commercial academic research;
+b. personal non-commercial research;
+c. teaching and education;
+d. reproduction and verification of research results; and
+e. limited internal evaluation to determine whether to request a
+   commercial license.
+
+You may publish academic papers, benchmark results, and research
+findings produced through permitted use of the Model.
+
+4. COMMERCIAL USE
+
+Commercial use requires prior express written authorization from the
+SwiftVR authors.
+
+Commercial use includes, without limitation:
+
+a. use in a paid or monetized product or service;
+b. production or operational deployment;
+c. customer-facing applications;
+d. API, SaaS, cloud, hosted, or managed services;
+e. paid consulting or contract work;
+f. processing content on behalf of customers;
+g. use in internal commercial production workflows;
+h. commercial redistribution of the Model or a modified version; and
+i. any use primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary
+   compensation.
+
+Approval of repository access, model download, acknowledgement of an
+email, silence, or informal communication does not constitute
+commercial authorization.
+
+Commercial authorization is valid only when provided in a separate
+written agreement by the SwiftVR authors or their authorized
+representative.
+
+5. INTERNAL COMMERCIAL EVALUATION
+
+A for-profit organization may evaluate the Model internally solely to
+determine whether to request a commercial license.
+
+Such evaluation must not:
+
+a. be made available to customers or the public;
+b. be used in production;
+c. be used to provide a paid service;
+d. be used to complete paid customer work;
+e. generate revenue; or
+f. continue after the organization decides to adopt the Model.
+
+Any use beyond limited internal evaluation requires prior written
+commercial authorization.
+
+6. REDISTRIBUTION
+
+You may not sell, sublicense, publish, upload, redistribute, or
+otherwise make the Model or modified versions available to another
+person or organization without prior written authorization.
+
+You may share links to the official SwiftVR repository.
+
+7. MODIFIED MODELS
+
+You may create fine-tuned, converted, quantized, merged, distilled, or
+otherwise modified versions of the Model only for uses permitted under
+this License.
+
+Modified versions remain subject to this License and may not be used
+commercially or redistributed without prior written authorization.
+
+8. ATTRIBUTION
+
+Academic publications and public research results using the Model must
+provide reasonable attribution to SwiftVR and cite the corresponding
+SwiftVR paper and official repository.
+
+Attribution does not imply endorsement by the SwiftVR authors.
+
+9. OUTPUTS
+
+The SwiftVR authors do not claim ownership of outputs solely because
+they were generated or processed using the Model.
+
+However, using the Model to generate or process outputs for a commercial
+purpose remains commercial use and requires prior written authorization.
+
+Users are responsible for ensuring that their inputs and outputs comply
+with applicable laws and third-party rights.
+
+10. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
+
+The Model may contain, derive from, or interact with third-party models,
+software, datasets, or other materials.
+
+Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and
+terms. This License grants rights only to the extent that the SwiftVR
+authors are authorized to grant those rights.
+
+11. TERMINATION
+
+This License terminates automatically if you materially violate its
+terms.
+
+Upon termination, you must stop using the Model and delete copies under
+your possession or control, except where retention is required by law.
+
+12. DISCLAIMER
+
+THE MODEL IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY
+KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
+FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY,
+RELIABILITY, OR SECURITY.
+
+YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING WHETHER YOUR USE OF THE MODEL
+IS APPROPRIATE AND LAWFUL.
+
+13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
+
+TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SWIFTVR AUTHORS SHALL NOT BE
+LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
+PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE MODEL OR ITS USE.
+
+14. HISTORICAL RELEASES
+
+This License applies only to model versions expressly released under
+this License on or after the Effective Date.
+
+Model versions previously released under the Apache License 2.0 remain
+subject to the Apache License 2.0.
+
+Nothing in this License retroactively revokes rights validly granted
+under an earlier license.
+
